(This paper first explores the combination of wireless usage development and the existing after-sales information system platform of home appliance production enterprises, and proposes a solution of mobile after-sales service information system based on J2ME and Servlet database. Under the mobile environment, wireless terminal (mobile phone) users can access the enterprise's own data services through the client program, and provide the functions of declaration and management of after-sales service.
