基于AIS的移动VTS的开发与研究

随着VTs的广泛使用及其技术上的不断更新,ⅥS在增进船只交通安全,提升船只飞行效率及保护环境等方面都表现着重要效果。但在海岸环境太差,岸台雷达基站选址不理想的状况下,部分需要承受ⅥS服务的船只不在雷达监控范围内飞行,VTS便无法充分表现其功能。这使得VTS所服务的水域范围受到限制,本资料共包括以下附件:
