仿大众点评引导页+主界面的实现

实现仿群众点评引导页和主页面以及城市定位的实现,首要使用ViewPager+Fragment+SharedPreferences,实现了第一次打开程序呈现引导页,再次打开越过引导页,这也是一般使用常用的使用基本架构方式。
