5.3增菌培养
从冷冻贮存菌株管中刮取细菌置5 mL营养肉汤培养基中,经37C振荡(100次/min)培养10~12h,活菌数应达10°个/mL(或ODos≈0.4)。细菌培养液从37C取出后,应立即放人冰浴中备用。试验需用当天孵育好的新鲜细菌。
