RASPPPOE不同于一般的ADSL拨号程序，整合于Windows内的拨号网络，让你不必再用那个既占系统资源、登录及拨号时间又长的ADSL拨号程序了。它利用windows原有的拨号网络，增加对Point-to-PointProtocolOverEthernet（PPPOE）通讯协定的支持，让你直接用拨号网络就能用ADSL连上网络，支持ChinaTelecom(China)、ChunghwaTelecom,HiNet(Taiwan)、CyberExpreSS.CommunicationLtd.(HongKong)等。

(Raspppoe is different from the general ADSL dialer. It is integrated into the dial-up network in windows, so you don't have to use the ADSL dialer that takes up system resources, login and dial-up time.
