在本篇论文中，谈论了依据Java技术，使用Tomcat作为web使用服务器来是方案的项目管理系统原理、方案和终结。该系统依据用户特定的开发方式，供应了项目工作分解结构、人员以及规范说明书的管理，而且能使项目经理对项目中的每个部分进行实时的进展监控，然后可以大幅度前进项目效率。

(In this paper, it discusses the principle, plan and end of the project management system based on Java technology, using Tomcat as a web server. The system provides the management of project work breakdown structure, personnel and specification according to the user's specific development method, and enables the project manager to monitor the progress of each part in the project in real time, and then can greatly improve the project efficiency.)
