在SDH网络中传输DVB码流，首先要结束这两种信号之间的格式转换和速率匹配。也就是在发送端要把MPEG一2的rIS码流转换成适合在SDH网络上传输的信号，而在接收端从SDH信号中恢复出MPEG一2的码流。

(To transmit the DVB code stream in the SDH network, the format conversion and rate matching between the two signals must be completed first.
