在class配置模式下使用此命令为该数据流中定义policer，现在的policer支持限制该数据流的带宽和为带宽超限部分指定管理动作。

(Use this command in class configuration mode to define a policer for the data stream. Now the policer supports limiting the bandwidth of the data stream and specifying management actions for the bandwidth exceeding the limit.)
