QoS 配置

通常状况下，交换机办公在尽力而为服务方式（Best-Effortserved），在这种办公方式下，交换机对等的对待一切的流，尽心竭力来投递一切的流；这样，假设生成了拥塞，一切的流被扔掉的机率是一样的

(Under normal circumstances, the switch operates in the best-effort service mode (Best-Effortserved), in which the switch treats all flows equally and does its best to deliver all flows; thus, if congestion is generated, all has the same chance of being thrown away)
