Web2.0的行为出版代表两种含义：1.敏捷有效率又随时随地的出版2.敏捷有效率又随时随地的阅读。行为出版预示两种景象：1.出版现已不再是我们想像的那种出版2.某种出版现已出現，速度快可是难以发觉。
