(In order to manage the communication between isolated IPv6 networks during the transition period from IPv4 to IPv6, an IPv6 networking method based on 6to4 tunnel technology is proposed. The 6to4 tunnel technology is analyzed, and the methods of establishing and deleting 6to4 tunnel are discussed. An IPv6 network based on the 6to4 tunnel technology is constructed under Linux. The test results prove the effectiveness of the network.
