实现多出口NAT负载分担和备份（实验文档）

这个文档的工具，很实用。也是目前在客户方面遇到比较普遍的需求。希望对大家有效。当网络连接正常时，网段1（172.16.1.0/24）通过ISP_A到达6.6.6.6，网段（172.16.2.0/24）通过ISP_B到达6.6.6.6，当ISP_A或ISP_B其中一条链路出现故障时，能实现自己切换，已达到备份的目地。
