PECompact 2.x-3.x 加强压缩编码引擎

PECompact 2.x-3.x 壳的加强压缩编码引擎，主要使用了新型算术压缩编码的方法，可有效提高PECompact 2.78-3.11的压缩率。
实测压缩率比自带压缩级别最好的LZMA2编码更大。适用某些体积要求的场合，但需要耗费较多的解压缩的时间。
将pec2codec_lpaq8.dll复制到PECompact的安装目录下，在设置中手动添加并选定使用的编码引擎即可。
注意，有某些系统下可能会不兼容。
