人力资源管理系统使用说明书配置说明附加SQLServer2005数据库(1)选择开始/程序/MicrosoftSQLServer2005/SQLServerManagementStudio项,进入到连接到服务器页面,如图1.1所示。图1.1连接到服务器(2)在服务器称号下拉列表中选择SQLServer2005服务器称号,然后单击连接按钮。(3)在目标资源管理器中右键单击数据库节/点,在弹出的菜单中选择附加项,弹出附加数据库对话框,如图1.2所示。图1.2附加数据库(4)单击增加按钮,在弹出的定位数据库文件对话框中选择数据库文件途径(5)顺次单击断定按钮,终结数据库附加操作。假如SQLServer2005数据库不是本机上的默许数据库,则数据库附加完后,需要更改连接SQLServer2005数据库服务器的称号。(1)打开工程文件,进入到VisualC++开发环境中,在StdAfx.h文件中更改连接SQLServer2005的服务器称号。图1.3VisualBasic开发环境(2)单击保留按钮,并运行程序。使用说明系统介绍人力资源管理系统是这样的一种管理软件,它可以快速、方便地显示成果,还可以对相关薪酬的各种信息进行计算,服务于财务部分及企业首要管理者。施行人力资源管理系统可以会集、整合各种信息来历,有利于降底管理资源,提升企业管理效率和水平,然后推进企业的进一步发展和变革。本系统实现了以下功能:系统界面设计漂亮、友爱;智能化程度高、操作灵敏、方便;系统运行安稳、安全可靠;反响快速、计算准确;实现新职工入职挂号、查询修复及入职合同的录入、修复;挂号并可以阅读平时考勤信息;记录企业定时的职工查核成绩;实现部分用人请求的挂号;实现应聘者信息备档;实现薪酬单自动录入及矿工原因的扣资计算。操作注意事项(1)本系统超级用户名tsoft,密码为111。(2)可执行文件方位:\10\HRMS\Debug\HRMS.exe(3)在登录模块中单击撤销按钮,可进入普通职工操作页面,可执行部分查询功能。(4)本系统多个信息列表模块中,选择记录,单击鼠标右键可执行删去、修复等操作,如图1.4所示。图1.4档案信息(5)调集记录模块中选中记录后按Delete键可删去记录。操作过程要想使用本系统,请按照以下过程操作<imgsrc="sad.gif"smilieid="2"border="0"alt=""/>1)通过人事管理/增加部分模块增加部分信息及部分职位。(2)通过人事档案/应聘挂号模块增加应聘人员信息。(3)通过人事档案/应聘查核模块增加应聘人员查核成绩。(4)查核终结后,在人事档案/应聘档案模块中可将该其加为正式职工。注意:在加为正式职工页面中单击合同修复按钮,可修复合同,如图1.5所示。图1.5合同修复模块(5)将应聘人员加为正式职工后,通过系统操作/用户注册模块,为该职工设置用户名及密码。(6)通过人事管理/业务查核模块为该职工的工作进行查核。(7)通过人事管理/薪酬挂号模块,设置职工的薪酬及矿工扣款的固定值,其间矿工扣款为该职工矿工每小时应扣金额的固定值。(8)通过平时管理/请假条模块,记录职工请假信息。(9)通过平时管理/考勤录入模块,记录职工天天的出勤状况,其间日期按系统日期计算,每个职工每一天都得进行记录。(10)通过平时管理/修复薪酬单模块,计算职工每个的薪酬,选择日期及职工名称后,即可显示该职工的出勤信息及基本薪酬信息,其间小时按天天8小时计算,天数为月份的实践天数。注意<imgsrc="sad.gif"smilieid="2"border="0"alt=""/>1)计算薪酬总金额时,只要养老保险和矿工是扣资,其他都在基本薪酬的基础上相加。(2)在薪酬管理模块中,若想修复数据,只需在列表中双击某字段信息即可,但职工编号不行修复。
